Epicenter Land Corp announces the signing of a long-term lease with the Los Angeles Unified School District at their Tuxford Ave property. The Tuxford property will be the new home for LA County’s new EV school bus depot. A total redevelopment of the nearly 7-acre property occurred prior to LAUSD taking possession. Upgraded parking facilities and new warehouse service areas were part of the $3.5m redevelopment. The redevelopment came in under budget and on time.
